About this Organization
Summer has arrived in Livingston, and with it, significant progress on the 4 Ranges Wellness Center! Thanks to your generosity, we're well on our way to bringing this transformative facility to life, with $22.8M secured of our $23.5M goal. Even better-the project is on time and on budget!
Here's what's happening on-site:
✅ Pools: Lap pool concrete is complete, with wall construction scheduled for late April. Rec pool plumbing is nearly done, with concrete work beginning soon.
✅ Civil Work: Sewer and water utilities were completed before winter; excavation and parking lot prep are now underway.
✅ Building Concrete: Pool equipment areas and elevator pits are taking shape, laying the foundation for the structure.
✅ What's Next: Precast concrete panels and roof components are in production, and by mid-summer, the building will begin going vertical!
From now until doors open in winter 26-27, we need to secure at least $700K to open with limited equipment and amenities, and $2M to secure all amenities EG waterslide and all fitness equipment.
