Interning at Sunnyside Farms has been an incredible and rewarding experience. On my first day, Csilla, a filly, was born. Since then, two more foals have been born, and each has brought new learning opportunities. Throughout my time here, I’ve gained valuable hands-on experience and developed a wide range of new skills.

The mission at Sunnyside is to provide life-changing behavioral health through farm-based wellness opportunities and innovative forms of experiential therapy. We open our farm gates to allow for individual growth, empowerment and personal satisfaction in ways far from traditional counseling. Humans and animals parallel the path to happiness and health through mental wellness in a place where you can be who you are and feel good about doing it.
