Erik's Ranch & Retreats provides safe and unequaled living, working, social and recreational environments for young adults with autism, using its guiding principles of lifelong learning, individual community building and bidirectional integration through voluntourism.

We're committed to giving these individuals a rewarding life on their own terms, experiencing dignity, compassion and the joy of continuing possibility. At Erik's Ranch & Retreats people from all over the world, and sometimes right next-door, stay in our one-of-a-kind guest accommodations for business and personal travel. It is our goal is to provide our guests with top-notch customer service and exceptional accommodations.

During the 11 years of Erik's Ranch & Retreats' being an organization, more than 20 young adults have called us home and have developed the skills to live independently, overcoming challenges and utilizing their passions to live a full, healthy, thriving life. Our members have also shared their passions with more than 13,000 overnight guests at our Montana Ranch, as well as over 5,600 guests who have taken our tours, which include horseback riding, hiking, and snowshoeing, among other things.
