LiveWell49

LiveWell49 is a community coalition supporting health and well-being in Park County. 

We're particularly focused on factors contributing to mental and behavioral health. 

We foster collective action along the spectrum of need to help folks stay well, and ensure those who are in crisis can access needed supports.

As a staffed coalition, our day-to-day work fits into four actionable categories. 

• WE FACILITATE regular and special gatherings to connect community partners, support progress and foster emerging initiatives.
• WE PARTICIPATE in boards, councils and coalitions to advance LW49 goals and work towards system alignment. 
• WE COMMUNICATE thru a weekly e-newsletter and in-person outreach across the county. 
• WE TRAIN 200+ people each year in mental health promotion and suicide prevention.

While much of our work requires visibility, we often work in the background - connecting organizations to one another, moving critical conversations along and being the conduit between various symbiotic community efforts.

While we raise all of our own funds through grants and community support, we benefit from this important strategic partnership. This also helps to keep our overhead expenses low, ensuring your donations have the greatest impact.
