LiveWell49

LiveWell49 is a community coalition dedicated to supporting health and well-being in Park County. We particularly focus on factors contributing to mental and behavioral health and utilize a collective impact framework to align resources and systems.

LW49 has been doing the work of networking, collaborating, connecting, and creating alignment across sectors and partners since 2017. As a staffed coalition, our work supporting the community falls into four categories:

WE FACILITATE
Facilitating regular gatherings to support progress and foster emerging community initiatives is the core of our work. This includes regular LW49 Coalition gatherings, the monthly Community Resource Collaborative and events with special focus, such as aligning youth supports.

WE PARTICIPATE
In addition to attending when invited to periodic community gatherings, LW49 staff sit on a total of 12 boards and coalitions to advance our goals and work towards system alignment.

WE COMMUNICATE
Keeping members of the community informed and educated about our work and each other's is key. Roughly 400 people receive our weekly newsletter and partners rely on our Community Events Calendar and social media to amplify their work. We also table at over a dozen events each year to share resources.

WE TRAIN
We bring mental health promotion and suicide prevention training to the community through our staff, partners and network of experts across the state.
