Gardiner FFA Supporters & Alumni

The Gardiner FFA Alumni & Supporters misson statement is that of the National FFA Alumni Association: "The mission of the National FFA Alumni Association is to secure the promise of FFA and agricultural education by creating an environment where people and communities can develop their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success."

The goals of the Gardiner FFA Alumni & Supporters group includes reducing, but not eliminating, the amount of time the students have to spend on fundraising, so they can concentrate on more of the standards of the FFA Organization. The standards are Growing Leaders, Building Communities, and Strengthening Agriculture. Due to the immense amount of time the Chapter spends on fundraising, they are missing opportunities and lacking time to work on the standards that the FFA Organization is based on. As budget constraints in the Gardiner School District limit the funding for programs like FFA, the Alumni & Supporters group works to supplement the Gardiner FFA Chapter costs, travel, and the Advisor's extended summer contract to continue to provide the members with all the education opportunities available to them through the FFA program.
