Danforth Museum of Art

A nonprofit organization

To celebrate the legacy of Livingston's arts community and expand engagement with art through exhibitions, education and the permanent collection.

The Danforth Museum of Art celebrates the legacy of Livingston's arts community and expands engagement with art through exhibitions, education, and its permanent collection. We support and promote Livingston's inclusive and diverse arts community to inspire curiosity, encourage learning, and sustain creativity.

For half a century, the Danforth has engaged the Livingston community in art. Located in a designated historic building in the heart of downtown Livingston, the Danforth Museum of Art connects the past and future of Livingston through art exhibits, community education, and its permanent art collection.

Livingston is known for its vibrant artistic community. As the only art museum in Park County, the DMA museum is uniquely positioned to offer unique opportunities to engage our community through community-based and artist-led programming. Since 2024, the DMA has provided grant-supported art education for youth in Livingston in collaboration with Park High School.
