Blitzkrieg Athletic Club

Blitzkrieg Athletic Club, Livingston Wrestling is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the youth wrestling community of Livingston, Montana. Founded in 2013 by a group of committed parents seeking to expand athletic opportunities for local youth, the program has grown into a strong and impactful organization.

Blitzkrieg Athletic Club is structured into two distinct programs that together provide a comprehensive developmental pathway for local athletes: the Southwest Montana Little Guy/Gal Livingston Wrestling Program and the Livingston Wrestling AAU Program.

In 2026, the organization served 56 athletes through the Little Guy/Gal program and an additional 16 athletes through the AAU program. Beginning as early as age four, wrestlers are introduced to the fundamentals of the sport and are given opportunities to progress into more competitive levels as they grow.

The Southwest Montana Little Guy/Gal Livingston Wrestling Program is designed as an entry-level and developmental experience. This six-week season includes participation in three tournaments, a divisional event, and for qualifying athletes, the state tournament. The program focuses on skill-building, confidence, and fostering a love for the sport in a supportive environment.

Blitzkrieg Athletic Club also proudly hosts an annual wrestling tournament in Livingston, which serves as one of the organization’s primary fundraisers. This event brings hundreds of athletes and families from across Southwest Montana into the community, contributing to local businesses while showcasing the strength of the program.

The Livingston Wrestling AAU Program provides a higher level of competition for dedicated athletes seeking to advance their skills. Wrestlers in this program travel throughout Montana from January through April, competing in tournaments that promote growth, discipline, and competitive excellence.

Operating out of the Lincoln School main gymnasium, Blitzkrieg Athletic Club offers a supportive and inclusive environment for both male and female athletes. The organization continues to expand opportunities through open mats, camps, and off-season training, ensuring athletes remain active and engaged year-round.

The program is governed by a volunteer board of seven parents who dedicate their time and effort to sustaining and growing the organization. Their leadership, combined with strong community support, has been essential in building a program centered on sportsmanship, discipline, and opportunity.

Through fundraising and community partnerships, Blitzkrieg Athletic Club continues to grow and enhance access to wrestling for youth in Livingston and the surrounding areas. Support from donors and sponsors directly impacts athlete development, program sustainability, and the continued success of this valued community organization.
