For the love of Park County, we inspire a culture of generosity and leadership to cultivate resilient communities.

For close to two decades, the Park County Community Foundation has been a driving force for inspiring giving and leadership, granting nearly $19 million to strengthen our communities. As the only foundation solely focused on livability in Park County, we have helped bring people together to solve challenges, preserve what makes this place special, and invest in a shared future. This work isn’t done alone—it’s driven by the generosity, vision, and love of those who call Park County home.

As Park County grows, PCCF will be a trusted partner and self-sustaining leader, fostering a culture of generosity and community collaboration that creates solutions to local challenges while honoring our heritage and uniqueness of place. Learn more at www.pccf-montana.org.

Give A Hoot is Park County's annual month-long Community Giving Challenge that inspires people to give to their local nonprofits. For the entire month of July, give to your favorite nonprofits, all at once, and unlock partial matching grants. Your gift, and impact, goes further!

Since 2019, Give A Hoot has inspired over $13.5 million from nearly 25,000 donations in support of 100+ participating nonprofit organizations. In 2025, a record breaking $3.2 million was raised for 91 nonprofits, from over 5,200 donations. When you Give A Hoot you support a network of organizations committed to our community.

Funding from our event sponsors supports Give A Hoot administration, ensuring participation is free for nonprofits.

Give A Hoot is presented by the Park County Community Foundation and made possible due to the generosity of the Dennis & Phyllis Washington Foundation and Willow Creek Ranch.
