Fairgrounds Kitchen Redesign and Remodel

I have joined the Friends of the Fairgrounds Board because I believe that our Fairgrounds is an underutilized community asset.  One of our current goals is to redesign and upgrade the Fairgrounds kitchen so that it is a commercial kitchen that will be available for community member events and individual use. As the picture above shows, much of the equipment there now is from the 1970's and it is both inoperable and out of code. We have a generous offer from a community member who will lend us his expertise to redesign the space, oversee the installations and buy the right appliances, but we need the funds to make this happen!  Please join me in my effort to give this kitchen the face-lift that it is so desperately needs!  Thank you in advance for your support!
