Shields Valley Community Center Inc

Rooted in a longstanding tradition of stewardship, the Shields Valley Community Center proudly preserves and operates a trusted gathering place at the heart of the Shields Valley community. Established in 1992 through the generosity and vision of a local rancher who donated funds to help purchase nearby land and build a community hall, the facility was created as a lasting service to the Wilsall and Clyde Park communities, collectively known as the Shields Valley.

Today, the Hall serves approximately 750 nearby residents as an affordable and accessible community center where individuals, families, businesses, and organizations come together for events, meetings, celebrations, educational programs, public services, and civic activities that strengthen our rural communities. It is the only facility within a 40 mile radius large enough to host many of these gatherings and services.

From health fairs, CPR and vaccination clinics, and community meetings to graduation parties, fundraisers, youth programs, auctions, and local gatherings, the Hall continues to serve as a place where connections are built and traditions embody the tradition of stewardship entrusted to us. The facility is also utilized by numerous charitable, civic, agricultural, and community organizations dedicated to serving the Shields Valley.

We remain committed to honoring the legacy entrusted to us by preserving a welcoming and dependable space that serves the betterment of Shields Valley. Through thoughtful stewardship and community support, we strive to ensure this cherished gathering place continues serving generations to come.
